The Office of Student Integrity (OSI) is a department within the Office of the Dean of Students. The mission of OSI is to encourage a comprehensive learning environment through the promotion and implementation of the Academic Honor Code/Student Code of Conduct to foster integrity and ethical conduct within the Georgia Tech community.
Georgia Tech's Student Code of Conduct prohibits discrimination, including discrimination on the basis of sex. The Student Code of Conduct may be found on OSI's web site at www.policylibrary.gatech.edu/student-affairs/code-conduct.
The Georgia Tech Sexual Misconduct Policy (1) addresses instances of sexual misconduct, including nonconsensual sexual contact, sexual harassment, stalking, dating and domestic violence and sexual exploitation, in a meaningful, educational manner that respects the rights of all involved, (2) complies with federal laws prohibiting sex discrimination, including Title IX, the Clery Act and the Campus SaVE Act, and (3) ensures the safety of the campus and the members of the Georgia Tech community.
