Student Code of Conduct

The Office of Student Integrity (OSI) is a department within the Office of the Dean of Students. The mission of OSI is to encourage a comprehensive learning environment through the promotion and implementation of the Academic Honor Code/Student Code of Conduct to foster integrity and ethical conduct within the Georgia Tech community.

Georgia Tech's Student Code of Conduct prohibits any form of sex discrimination, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, stalking, domestic or dating violence, or any violation of the Georgia Tech Sexual Misconduct Policy. The Student Code of Conduct may be found on OSI's web site at www.policylibrary.gatech.edu/student-affairs/code-conduct.

The purposes of the Georgia Tech Student Misconduct Policy are to (1) address instances of sexual assault and sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, stalking, intimate partner and dating violence in a meaningful, educational manner that respects the rights of all involved, (2) comply with federal laws prohibiting sex discrimination, including Title IX, the Clery Act, and the Campus SaVE Act, and (3) ensure the safety of the campus and the members of the Georgia Tech community. The Georgia Tech Student Misconduct Policy may be found at www.policylibrary.gatech.edu/student-affairs/student-sexual-misconduct-policy.

The Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Student Conduct is Marcia Bull Stadeker. She can be reached at marcia.stadeker@gatech.edu or 404-385-5583 (phone).
